Quinn got us out of a two-month nightmare with another local roofing contractor.The original contractor sent an inexperienced crew that did a hatchet job on our roof and proceeded to destroy the gutters all the way around the house. After two days, my yard looked like a junkyard full of roofing metal, unused boards full of nails, and literal garbage that was left behind.The original contractor sent out their quality control guy to check the work and he saw how absolutely jacked up the roof was (see thefirst pic). When he called the home office, I heard who he was talking to on speaker phone say, "Can you just make it look good?" Cue the second crew from the same contractor.The second crew spent the next two months showing up at their whim and working for a couple of hours. We never knew when they were going to show up or if they were going to do any work on that day. The last straw was when my wife went out to see why the Ring doorbell went off and she saw them driving across our yard to get some of their tools and were going to another job somewhere else without saying a word to my wife about it. We decided to fire the company that day with our roof only halfway done.A friend knowing our roofing struggles called Quinn from All About Roofs and Quinn called us immediately. The next morning, he was at our house to assess the damage. We came up with a plan where he was able to use the materials left by the other crew. After two days of working his magic, I had a fantastic looking metal roof; straight cuts, meticulously aligned panels, and outstanding installation (see the second pic). And they even cleaned up the other contractor's trash.Quinn and All About Roofs are what contractors should be. Professional, timely, honest, "do it right the first time" people.
